Qualified Series Producer in Press Hardening
The particular strength of weba Olomouc lies in its expertise and capacity in series production for press hardening. A key factor in this is the availability of advanced hydraulic production presses, which make it possible to manufacture complex structural parts from a variety of aluminum and steel materials. The adaptability to different customer requirements is ensured through the use of two different furnace technologies – chamber furnaces and roller hearth furnaces – which allow precise tuning to specific material and quality needs.
Competence Center for CNC Machining
In addition to its in-depth expertise in press hardening, the Olomouc location serves as the machining competence center for the weba group and is characterized by an extensive and versatile machinery park.
